Spent Christmas at a charming countryside hotel near Metz. The warm hospitality from the friendly French family made us feel right at home. Loved the delicious and value for money dinner cooked by the owner's mother. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from Metz and conveniently close to the highway. Plus, the facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable.
Couldn't think of any negative aspects. Had a fantastic experience overall, from check-in to check-out.

We went on fantastic hikes and exhilarating bike rides through the stunning landscapes of Lorraine. The trails were well-marked and provided breathtaking views of the rolling hills and charming villages. We felt a true sense of adventure and connectedness with nature during our time here.
My kids wished there was a playground or outdoor play area at the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this charming bed & breakfast in a quiet village. The ground-floor room was perfect for my disabled daughter, with a wet room shower and easy access to the garden. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The delicious homemade jams and yogurt at breakfast were a special treat. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
Just one small thing to mention - the bedsheets were organized in a way that made them a bit messy in the morning. But this did not affect our overall stay.
